Pat Hauenstein, PhD

Pat is OMNIview’s Chief Science Officer. While serving in a senior leadership position at Personnel Decisions International (PDI), he was asked by Lowell Hellervik to begin the creating of the OMNIview technology solutions. He has also held senior leadership positions with Development Dimensions International (DDI). In addition, Pat is an experienced entrepreneur. After leaving DDI, he founded and successfully launched Advantage Hiring, an Internet ASP firm that provided on-line employee screening, testing, and interviewing applications to hiring managers and HR professionals.
